Turn your iPhone, iPad or i Pod Touch in a web camera to your computer

If your web camera is broken or you just don't have one, you can still chat with video with the help of your iOS device. An application called iWebcam intelligent reuses the camera from your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch to run it as a web cam.

Configure iWebcam is a fairly simple process. Just follow 4 simple steps:

Step 1. Download the application from the App Store. The application costs 4.99 dollars.

Step 2. Visit the iWebcam website and download the drivers (drivers) for your operating system (Windows or OS X). Install them on your computer.

Step 3. Start the iWebcam application on your iOS device and opens a program that supports web cameras on your computer. For example, Skype or Windows Live Messenger.

Step 4. Select your device as a webcam and thats all!

Very intelligent. In my tests, everything worked very well. I have installed the drivers and iWebcam appeared on Skype without problem. In some cases it may be necessary to restart the computer. Others have had problems getting the imitation of web camera to appear in other applications. The image quality is surprisingly good. In fact, the video looks much better and smoother in my normal Webcam.

Previously we talked about a similar application called Mobiola WebCamera and if you want you can try and stay with which you like most or work you better.
