With this tutorial you update your iPhone 4 or 3GS to iOS 6 maintaining your baseband (to preserve a baseband releasable, either ultrasn0w or a SIM gevey). It is not valid for iPhone 4S because there is no software exploit for him.

Open Redsn0w
Click Extras
Press Even More
Click Restore
Click IPSW
Select the iOS 6 on your iPhone
You will be prompted if you want to preserve the Baseband, click Yes (Yes)
say you that you have to put the iPhone Pwned DFU mode, click OK
Connect your iPhone to your computer and turn it off
Click (Next)
Redsn0w will guide you to put your iPhone in DFU
Press the power button for 3 seconds
Press the home button (without pressing the power button) for 10 seconds
Release the Power button and hold the Home button until your iPhone is detected by redsn0w
Your device has been detected
Redsn0w will create a restore image
The same Redsn0w will update your iPhone to iOS 6 without raising the baseband, you don't need iTunes to nothing
