Google may have a 10-inch tablet to compete with iPad

The last few weeks have been talking much of the event that Apple tomorrow, 23 October. An event that is expected to be presented the new iPad Mini, although we can never set aside competition entries. If the iPad Mini rumours have just confirmed, we will see that the tablet will be a sector of the market for tablets dominated almost exclusively by Google with the Nexus 7 and Amazon with the Kindle Fire HD.

The latest rumors say that Google may be thinking on improving its range of tablets and that you could see developments in this field during the event are scheduled for October 29. The first of them, directly affect the iPad Mini (if that he is finally confirmed), as it is expected that Google launches a 32 GB version of its Nexus 7 and also present a version with mobile connectivity, something not currently and has been highly sought by users. But this is not all, since rumors of last ensures that Google could try to fight directly with Apple where is larger, i.e., in the market of the 10-inch tablets.

The latest rumors say that Google has been working with Samsung to present a 10-inch tablet. The tablet would have a resolution of 2560 × 1600 pixels and an aspect ratio of 16: 10, which would be a density of about 300 pixels per inch. I.e. a screen still sharper than the iPad 3, which currently has a density of 264 pixels per inch and a resolution of 2048 × 1536.

The rumor also ensures that the new tablet would be 4.2 Android as an operating system, a version greater than the Jelly Bean (4.1) that is currently present in the Nexus 7 which we already know.

As if this wasn't little, also expected Google to present a new smartphone Nexus, manufactured by the company LG here. The terminal would also have Android 4.2 (like the 10-inch tablet) and inside would have a quad-core Qualcomm APQ8064 Snapdragon processor 1, 5 GHz, 2 GB of RAM, a massive 4.7 inch (1280 × 768 pixel resolution), 8, rear, front 1.3 megapixel camera and a good battery 2100mAh.

The leaks also mentioned that Android 4.2, will have some and interesting new features such as the ability to access multimedia content in a widget or a system of multiple user profiles, something extremely useful, especially if we think of a tablet. This would allow that each person in a family or a company had its own user account on the device, your settings, files and others, completely separated from the rest of user when see something like this in iOS? We hope that Apple will take good note.

It seems that a new war is about to begin in which side are you?
